Tips for the Optimal Experience

Walk-Ins are always welcome. However, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially if you wish to book a specific member of our team or for a large group, so that we can best accommodate your request.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for you to settle in and unwind. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.

If you are coming with your partner, please let us know if you would like to reserve one of our couples rooms.

As you will be seated in a lofty reclining chair with your bare feet positioned on an ottoman, please wear loose fitting clothes (i.e. athleticwear, yoga apparel) and easy to remove shoes (i.e. sandals, slip-ons, tennis shoes) for your comfort and convenience.

Please make us aware of any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or if you're pregnant.

Please keep your personal belongings with you at ALL times, safely put away, for we will NOT be responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests by turning off/silencing your mobile phone.

Reflexology cleanses and detoxes your body by stimulating your body to rid waste and toxins. Drink plenty of H2O post session in order to rehydrate your body and flush out any impurites.
